Sweet Soul Approach

At Sweet Soul Wellness, I believe some of the most frustrating patterns in our lives aren’t happening because we lack willpower, intelligence, or motivation.

Sometimes we consciously know what we want—and still find ourselves repeating the same reactions, avoiding the same things, questioning ourselves, or feeling pulled back into an old version of who we’ve been.

That’s where I get curious.

My work is centered around exploring the subconscious beliefs, learned associations, emotional patterns, and identity stories that may be influencing how you experience yourself and your life.

I work exclusively with women, particularly those who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, unfulfilled, caught in repeating patterns, or ready to understand what may be happening underneath the surface.

This is not about deciding that everything in your life comes from trauma or that every struggle has one hidden “root cause.”

It is about creating the space to explore what your mind may have learned, what once served or protected you, and whether those patterns still belong in the life you want now.

This isn't just talk therapy; it is a holistic, rapid transformational journey to rewire your deepest beliefs and step into your full, unapologetic self.

What is Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy, or RTT, is a hypnotherapy-based approach that draws from hypnosis, guided exploration, cognitive and behavioral concepts, imagery, and suggestion.

Hypnosis allows us to work in a state of focused attention and relaxation where you may find it easier to notice thoughts, memories, associations, beliefs, and emotional patterns that don’t always feel as accessible during ordinary conversation.

You are not unconscious.

You do not lose control.

And I cannot make you say, remember, believe, or do anything against your will.

Think of it less like someone “taking over your mind” and more like turning down some of the everyday mental noise so we can become curious about what is happening underneath it.

How We Explore What May Be Holding You Back

Hypnosis: During hypnosis, we use focused attention, guided imagery, questions, and suggestion to explore the beliefs and associations connected with the issue you want to understand.

Sometimes a client recognizes an old conclusion she formed about herself.

Sometimes we notice a fear or protective response that no longer fits her current life.

Sometimes the most important realization is simply understanding why a behavior that feels irrational today may once have made perfect sense.

The purpose is not to prove that one specific memory “caused” your current experience.

The purpose is to understand the patterns and meanings that feel relevant to you now.

Thoughts, Feelings, and Behavior: RTT incorporates concepts that look at the relationship between the way we think, the way we feel, and the way we respond.

This can be especially useful when you find yourself saying:

“I know better, so why do I keep doing this?”

“I know what I want, so why can’t I move toward it?”

“Why does this feel so difficult when logically I know I’m safe?”

Instead of judging the response, we get curious about it.

What does your mind believe is happening?

What does it expect?

What might it be trying to protect you from?

And what would become possible if that pattern no longer had to run the show?

Guided Imagery and Mind-Body Techniques: RTT may also include guided imagery and mind-body exercises designed to create a different internal experience of a fear, belief, habit, or emotional pattern.

One technique taught within RTT is sometimes called Command Cell Therapy.

I use this as a guided visualization and suggestion exercise, rather than as a claim that we can literally command the body's cells or medically treat a physical condition through hypnosis.

For some clients, imagery can be a meaningful way to experience safety, agency, possibility, or a different relationship with what they have been struggling with.

The Power of Neuroplasticity: Our brains continue learning throughout life.

Repeated thoughts, behaviors, emotional responses, and experiences can strengthen familiar patterns—and new experiences and repeated practice can support the development of different ones.

This is one reason your work doesn't end when the hypnosis session does.

After your session you receive a personalized recording or practices designed to reinforce the ideas, perspectives, or responses you want to strengthen.

The goal isn't to magically erase your past.

It's to stop assuming your past gets the final vote on who you are allowed to become.

Hypnotherapy and RTT can also be used as complementary support around the emotional experience of chronic illness, major life changes, stress, fears, habits, confidence, and other concerns.

When medical or licensed mental-health care is appropriate, RTT and hypnotherapy are not intended to replace those services.

What Does Transformation look like here?

I don't believe transformation means becoming a perfectly healed, endlessly confident version of yourself.

I think it can look much more human than that.

Understanding yourself instead of constantly judging yourself.

Recognizing an old pattern before automatically obeying it.

Questioning a belief you've carried for years.

Feeling safer expressing what you actually want.

Making a different choice because you finally understand what the old one was doing for you.

And sometimes realizing that the woman you're trying so hard to become has been underneath all the expectations, roles, and conditioning for a very long time.

So the question I love exploring isn't:

“What's wrong with me?”

It's:

“What has my mind learned—and what am I ready to choose differently now?”

Ready to Get Curious About What's Underneath?

You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what your “block” is.

Sometimes that's the whole reason we begin.

If you know something feels stuck, unsatisfying, or out of alignment—and you're curious about what may be happening beneath the surface—we can start there.
